Lucas was a Principal Role dancer with Hong Kong Ballet, Finnish National Ballet, and Slovenian National Ballet until his retirement in 2023. He brings 18 years of elite performance conditioning expertise to PURE’s Reformer Pilates sessions. As a Polestar-certified instructor and GYROTONIC® apprentice, his classes emphasise injury prevention, postural excellence, and the signature dancer’s harmony of strength and flexibility. Lucas empowers clients to move with confidence and grace in all aspects of life.
