Prosenjit began his yoga journey at the age of 3.Since then he has attended and won accolades in many Yoga competition across India.Prosenjit has become a more mindful person and a tremendous knowledgeable teacher.He has been teaching since 2003 when he was still in his highschool. Prosenjit's main influences his own mother and his Yoga teachers.
