With over 20 years of experience, she is a renowned children's yoga instructor, advisor, teacher trainer, and art teacher. Karen's extensive training includes studying under notable teachers such as Justin Herold and Nicky Knoff, and she continues to enhance her skills through collaborations with leading figures in the field. Her mission is to empower children and teens worldwide by equipping them with yogic and mindfulness tools for holistic health and well-being.
