Jay has been teaching Group Fitness classes since 2004. Before to go to Hong Kong PURE Fitness, Jay had already taught Les Mills classes and worked as a instructor and Personal Trainer for 8 years. Besides working out at the gym, he loves outdoor sports like hiking and cycling and has joined "TREK Shanghai bike race series" for a couple of times. Jay started pondering on the value of fitness training when he was doing sports outdoors. He realised that working out isn't just about bodybuilding or fat loss, it's about improving total body strength and function, so our everyday life, as well as sports performance, is enhanced. Based on this new understanding, Jay worked with his friends to create indoor and outdoor BOOTCAMP classes. His students had a lot of fun and benefitted a great deal from it. Jay enjoys his work a lot and has a healthy lifestyle. He is eager to share his experience and life philosophy with others to help and inspire them.
