Chelsea began practicing yoga in 2016 as a way to relieve work-related stress. Over time, her curiosity deepened, leading her to transition from a corporate professional to a dedicated yoga teacher—a journey she feels fortunate to have experienced. Her approach embodies patience, enthusiasm, and a desire to inspire others with the same mindful attitude she brings to her practice and life. Influenced by her mentor, Sean Ren, Chelsea believes yoga can truly “become a part of everyone’s life.” She sees stepping onto the mat as the first step in a transformative journey, one where the wisdom of yoga remains a constant guide. Years of study have cultivated her empathy and keen observational skills, enabling her to “listen” to her students’ bodies and tailor her classes to be both enriching and practical. Yoga has profoundly shaped Chelsea’s life, from losing 20 kilograms and improving her health to challenging herself as a freediver who meditates underwater. Developing her own yoga training courses has also given her new insights into blending yoga with other practices to meet diverse needs and broaden its impact. She believes that life—and yoga—is about expanding experiences, enriching our practice, and enhancing our lives.
