Embracing resistance training and compound lifts, she prioritized sustainable fat loss and lean muscle gain. As a trainer since 2019, Lisa specializes in training women, focusing on functional exercises, weight loss, and hypertrophy. With a strong emphasis on injury prevention and recovery, she believes in educating individuals across all fitness levels to train safely and effectively, guiding them towards achieving their fitness goals. Her approach aims to empower clients with the knowledge and skills needed for a successful fitness journey.
