Ayu, hailing from Surabaya, Indonesia, holds a degree in Sport Science & Education since 2003. Her athletic background in martial arts paved the way for a rewarding career as an aerobic instructor immediately after college. Committed to continual growth, Ayu dedicates herself to enhancing her expertise in the fitness industry, enabling her to empower individuals in achieving healthier lives. Her deepest passion lies in dance and weight training. In 2008, she achieved her initial certification in Les Mills Body Pump, and in 2011, she proudly became the first certified Zumba instructor in Surabaya, Indonesia.
