Ken first entered the gym room during his freshman year. He loved bodybuilding and enjoyed exchanging knowledge and techniques with his friends, which led him to advance as a trainer to improve one’s well-being and help people reach their holistic goals. Ken is a passionate and responsible trainer who is willing to share his fitness insight with his clients. He takes on a personalised approach with his training by customising versatile exercises adaptive to the busy schedules of city life.
