Kai began exercising because he was overweight and unhappy. Through regular workouts, he lost an adequate amount of weight, boosting his confidence. Kai has significantly progressed since he first started by going from 38% to 15.3% body fat through dieting and applying fitness education. Kai is dedicated to imparting his knowledge and assisting his clients in improving their fitness. He committed to changing his life and worked towards his goals – now transformed, content, healthy, and living life to the full! Kai believes that the key to staying fit is to practise something until you can master it. It's not always about moving forward; it's often better to take a step back and return to the fundamentals rather than to move forward foolishly or hastily.
