ProPTs > Kae Tang Kae has loved playing sports since he was a child. He likes running, playing basketball, and cycling. To improve his sports performance, Kae started working out. The quote “If you have a body, you are an athlete” resonated with Kae. He believes everyone has the physical capabilities to work out and needs it to sustain health. Some people think that only those who want a good body shape or are professional athletes need to exercise. The truth is physical exercise can help you develop a healthy body, and only with a healthy body can you improve your quality of life. Kae has a lot of experience in fitness, and he is willing to share his insight to help others to correct their postures and maintain healthy wellbeing.
