In 2010, Tyler started playing rugby and working out, which made him more positive and optimistic. Camaraderie with his team developed his sense of humour as well. Tyler became a professional rugby player for the former New Zealand Blue Team Club, and fitness has been indispensable to his life. When Tyler returned to China, he became a fitness trainer with many training certifications under his belt. He perspective on fitness and aims to integrate fitness into every client’s life. At the moment, he is focusing on how to instil the correct training methodology into every client’s mind so that training can be safe, effective and sustainable.
